Provrummet.se reserves the right to cancel an order if any form of fraud is suspected. Fraud will always be reported to the police. Prices and chargesThe prices published at provrummet.se apply at the time of purchase. Increases in price are only applicable if the Government raises taxes and fees or in other circumstances beyond our control. The prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges within Sweden. Delivery charges to other countries are listed separately.If you choose to pay by invoice there will be an additional charge of SEK 29.
Establishment of contractA contract is established when Provrummet AB confirms your order. The order is not valid if Provrummet AB can´t confirm your residential address. Provrummet AB reserves the right to decline an order. Cancellation rightOnce you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel or amend your order within 14 days. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Items should be in re-saleable condition and returned to Provrummet AB. The cost of returning the goods is always SEK 39. In the event of receiving damaged or wrongly-sent goods Provrummet AB will cover the cost of return delivery. Complaints If you have received faulty goods you must immediately send an e-mail to kundservice@provrummet.se stating the nature of the fault and whether you would like to have a new product or your money returned.When we have received the faulty goods and investigated the complaint, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 10 days. Returning goods
To return your goods:
- Use the attached returns note.
- Please complete the returns note stating why you return the goods.
- Put the goods in appropriate packaging or use the bag in which you receivedyour goods. Put the returns note in the package and put the returns sticker on the outside of the package.
- Leave the package to your Post Office.
- When we have received and accepted your return, the money will be refunded to your credit card or amendments will be made to your invoice.

Your personal information is important to us as it enables us to fulfill our commitments to you at time of purchase. Your personal information is never made available by us to a third party for marketing purposes without your agreement. Liability Provrummet AB is not liable for any damage, with the exception of those cases where the company’s civil liability insurance covers the damage, and provided that the insurer, where appropriate, certifies that payments have been made. In such cases liability will be restricted to the purchase price of the goods in question.
Provrummet AB is not liable for any subsequent damage. Force Majeure Provrummet.se will not accept liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on factors indicated below. Liability will not be accepted for any Government action or omission, new or amended legislation, industrial action, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of greater extent or any other type of natural disaster. Cases of force majeure include Government decisions affecting market and products in a negative way, such as restrictions in labeling, warning notices, marketing bans etc. Nor does Provrummet.se accept liability for abnormal market decline or exposure to criminal activity which affects the business.
