Delivery All the goods in our web shop are in stock. If you make your order before 15:00 we will send your goods the same day, with the exception of bank holidays. Depending on where you live (within Sweden) you should receive your goods within 1-2 working days after ordering.
If your order includes several items and the package is bulky you will have to collect it at your nearest Post Office or other place of collection. You will receive a message to your mobile phone when the package is ready to be collected. If you would like the package to be sent to another address you can inform us at checkout. Within a few minutes from your transaction being completed, a confirmation will automatically be sent to your e-mail address.
If you live in Borås you also have the choice of collecting your package at our Head Office in Borås. You simply inform us at the time of checkout that you wish to collect your package at Provrummet. We will confirm by sending you an e-mail with our address and opening hours. Normally your goods will be ready for collection the day after ordering. If you have shopped with us before you simply log in with your password, there is no need to fill in your details again. If you have forgotten your password you send us an e-mail at checkout and you will receive a new one. Delivery is free within Sweden. This applies to all orders, large and small. If you are not a resident of Sweden and would like to make an order, there will be a delivery charge.

Provrummet uses the Swedish Post service AB for deliveries. Provrummet is liable for any damage or loss during delivery to customer. In case of damaged or lost goods you must always let our Costumer Service know within 14 days of ordering. If your goods are damaged or lost when you return it to Provrummet, you are held liable for any cost. There is a charge of SEK 129 for each uncollected delivery, which covers our delivery costs. |
